Aromatherapy is a special arm of natural medicine which utilizes the most subtle aspect of the plant and that is its fragrance.  The plants go through a transformative distillation process that releases the minute globules of essential oil from within their flowers, leaves, stalks and roots, so effectively we are extracting the juice of the soul from these plants in order to balance, heal and make whole the user of this very precious fluid.

Aromatherapy can be dealt with as an art and a science and the approach here is a combination of both. Essential oil blends are more like prescriptions that are formulated to address physiological needs, and to obtain specific emotional, psychological and energetic responses.

Empress Oils
Emmpress Oils is Karen's exclusive range of Aromatherapy Grade 100% Pure Essential Oils. Stock is fluid and new oils come, and some go for a while, so do check in occassionally.  Currently on hand we have a number of 'kits', a grouping of three or four essential oils that come in a drawstring organza bag and are accompanied by a small print out which records some information on each of the essential oils and the common methods in which these aromatic oils are used;

Empress Oils Quad 1 includes includes 1 x 10ml bottle each of Orange, Lemon, Lime and Organic Lavender.

Empress Oils Quad 2 is made up of 1 x 10ml bottle each of Eucalyptus Blue, Elemi, Cedarwood and Tea Tree.

Empress Oils Trio 1 includes 1 x 10ml bottle of Juniperberry, Lemon and Rosemary.

Prescriptive aromatic products can be created on request. These can be incorporated into any other consultation or done as a stand-alone half hour consult. Costing of product is dependent on ingredients used and quantity made.
