How the EAP Works
Transformational Therapy provides counselling support to the staff of a number of local businesses through their EAP. It is best for you to speak to your employer or direct up-line manager about how to access the service, and to clarify the number of sessions you are covered for. Your HR Manager or Accounts Department will contact Transformational Therapy, and once you have the go ahead from your employer, you just make contact to organise an appointment time that will suit you.
