Hypnosis as therapy is used to reprogram the subconscious mind with life affirming suggestions that positively affect existing behaviours and attitudes.

Initially we will work together through discussion to identify how you see yourself and your life right now, determine what you want to achieve out of your sessions and to get some clarity around your longer term goals. This consultative process enables us to get clear about what is important for you, the types of positive suggestions that you want your subconscious mind to receive and begin to work towards, and the best approach for you as an individual.

NLP, EFT and other specialist techniques are employed as required to strengthen and support the change work completed in Hypnotherapy sessions.
